Membership and termination
You can choose to join the site. It is not a requirement in relation to your purchase on the site. When you unsubscribe from the site, the Supplier retains your data for a period of 1 year, including content generated by you. You can thus resume your free membership at the site at any time. If you want your data anonymized or deleted, this can be done by contacting us. Termination must be made in writing to us.
With us you can pay with Dankort, credit card or via MobilePay and we do not charge card fees. The amount will only be raised on your card when the item is shipped. By bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Public authorities can use EAN Payment.
When ordering, the order is packed within 24 hours of working days. This does not apply to items where it is stated to be a remotely stocked item. The delivery time is 1 business day after the order is shipped. All items are shipped with GLS, UPS or Fedex.

It is not possible to pick up your order at our address.
As a consumer you have 14 days to cancel when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline will run from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Some items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to: goods weighing more than 20 kg.
The cost of returning these items is expected to cost at most: DKK 500
Printers over 20kg (whose business 30kg) must be shipped on pallets. Contact us regarding returns!
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
When you tell us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You have to pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. If you choose not to pick up your item at the parcel shop, or refuse receipt. Will you be charged a return shipping fee. This will be deducted from the amount we return when we receive the item.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a way other than what was needed to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only recover a portion of the purchase price. The amount you can recover depends on the trade value of the product, and in some cases it may mean that you can only recover the shipping costs.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging and with unbroken sealing by e.g. printing materials. If the original packaging is missing, this can also lead to a loss of value of the product.
Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you except those we have passed on to third parties such as shipping and delivery costs. within 14 days of the day we received your message that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Payment will only be made upon receipt of the item at our address.
We only receive packages sent directly to our address.
Right of withdrawal in business purchases
We do not offer the right of withdrawal for business purchases
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to goods purchases. This means that you have a right of complaint for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a discount in price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you discover the error. If you advertise within two months after the error is detected, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
A return test fee of DKK 300 per day may apply. half hour incl. VAT, but max. DKK 900 incl. VAT if the product submitted is tested flawlessly.
